Tips For Best Results
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
- If you like it spicier, add extra chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the honey mixture.
Step 1
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter powder and water until smooth. Then, stir in the hot honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder until everything is well combined. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss it in the marinade, making sure each piece is nicely coated. Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight if you have the time.

Step 2
When you're ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the chicken thighs to an oven-safe dish and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the juices run clear. To be sure, check that an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) near the bone. Let the chicken rest a few minutes before serving.
