Directions
Lightly heat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat a shallow baking dish or a glass pie plate with cooking spray. Spread the artichoke hearts evenly in the dish and pour half of the salad dressing over them. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle the cheese on top, then drizzle the rest of the dressing over everything. Put it back in the oven and bake until the cheese is all melted and bubbly, which should take another 10 minutes or so. Finally, sprinkle the fried onions on top, slide it back into the oven for just a minute to warm the onions, and you’re ready to serve!
