Step 1
Lay a hot dog half flat on your cutting board. Make a slit from the bottom up, stopping about an inch from the top. Then, turn it a quarter turn and cut another slit on the uncut side. Next, slice each of the four “legs” halfway down the middle so you end up with eight little octopus legs.

Step 2
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and drop in the hot dog octopus. Let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes until they’re heated through, then drain and set aside.

In the same pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cauliflower, cooking until they’re tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the seasoning packet until it’s fully dissolved.

Step 4
Take the pot off the heat and toss in the spinach. Let it sit for a few minutes until the spinach wilts down.

Step 5
Finally, put together your bento box by filling it with the ramen and veggie mix, then add the octopus hot dog on the side. Enjoy!
