Helpful Tips For Cooking
- Avoid overmixing the ingredients to keep the loaf tender.
- Let the loaf rest for a few minutes after baking to help it hold its shape when slicing.
Directions
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan. In a big bowl, combine the turkey, buffalo meat, bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, egg, dill dip, blue cheese dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together until it’s well combined. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Cover the pan with foil and pop it in the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes, then take off the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Once it’s done, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into it.
